Every life has a driver. It is the person or thing that drives most of our thoughts and behaviors. It gives our life a sense of purpose. Some people are pleasure-driven. They are motivated to do what feels good. Others are popularity-driven. They are predominantly concerned with pleasing others. There are people who seek to attain as much material things as possible. These people are prosperity-driven. There are also people who thrive on being in control. They are the power-driven. Our true purpose, however, always starts with the spirit of God. We were planned for his pleasure.
